We do collect the full fee for your first appointment while your account is being established.  After your account has been established, only your co-payment will be due at the time of service.  Once your insurance payments are received your account will be credited or you will be issued a refund check.

As a courtesy, we will assist you with filing your insurance.  Please keep in mind, dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance carrier.  You are financially liable for all fees billed regardless of insurance coverage.  Coverage amounts, limitations and renewal dates should be verified prior to your appointment.  Please be sure to complete the Dental Insurance section on your Patient Information form.
